Pioneer Materials Inc. (PMI) is a supplier of advanced materials for thin-film deposition by sputtering and evaporation on high performance materials applications. It was founded by veterans from semiconductor, magnetic recording and sputtering target industries in the state of California, United States. Specializing in critical materials and sputtering targets for applications in emerging fields such as next generation non-volatile memory semiconductor chips、thin film photovoltaic、thermo-electrics and optical devices, PMI developed critical expertise in compound formation, powder processing, and powder consolidation for various applications, with a portfolio of relevant intellectual properties, including eight patents.
